The Thunderbird Cliffs Academy began construction two years ago. After a few mishaps, construction finally ended. The Academy is located on a small island off the cost of the state of Washington.
Thunderbird Cliffs used to be a resort many years ago and was popular among the wealthy. After only a year of existence, some of the patrons dissappeared mysteriously. It took the unexplained suicide of the resorts owner to finally shut everything down. The island was left uninhabited for years since then.
Valerie Wayman, a young teacher, recently came upon an abundant inheritance from a wealthy uncle. Seeing it as a good opportunity, Valerie took the money and used it to help fund the construction of her own school. The prime location, it seemed to her, was Thunderbird Cliffs. A very scenic location, she thought it would be perfect.
Now, Thunderbird Cliffs is ready to be open once more...

The Uniform:
Here is a description of what the TCA uniform looks like. A short sleeved white blouse with a red tie and a black pleated skirt with red trim and lastly thigh length black stockings.
During the winter months the school provides a heavy black blazer with the red trimming as well as a black knit vest or sweater, depending on the student's preference.
The sweater, vest and blazer all embroidered with the school's coat of arms on the left breast. The Coat of Arms consists of a red sheild with twin lightening bolts flanking an eagle's feather.
